The Kick-Off to the Florida Local Food Summit begins Thursday the 8th with farm tours throughout Central Florida. This is a chance for established and beginning farmers to come visit area farms and learn different methods and strategies of natural food production. The tours are free and open to the public. Friday will be an educational gathering of local food producers, advocates, and community members. Workshops are tailored to advance the knowledge of what we can do and be as a local food system.
